Event Posting Guidelines

These guidelines help organizers create accurate, trustworthy and compliant events on BT4U. By posting an event, you agree to follow these rules.

1. Accurate information

Provide truthful and complete details about your event, including the name, date, time, venue, ticket types, pricing and refund policy. Misleading information may result in removal of the event.

2. Permitted events

Only list events that are legal, legitimate and safe for attendees. Events involving illegal activity, hate speech, harassment, violence, discrimination or adult content are strictly prohibited.

3. Intellectual property

You must own or have permission to use all images, logos, designs and content associated with your event. Do not infringe on third-party copyrights or trademarks.

4. Ticket and pricing rules

• Ticket prices must be clearly stated including any fees.
• Do not create fake demand or manipulate inventory.
• Honor all valid tickets sold through the platform.

5. Data and communication

Use attendee contact information only for event-related communication. Do not spam attendees or share their data with unauthorized third parties.

6. Cancellations and changes

If you need to cancel or reschedule an event, notify ticket holders promptly and process refunds in accordance with your stated refund policy.

7. Content moderation

BT4U reserves the right to review, edit, reject or remove any event that violates these guidelines or our Terms & Conditions.

8. Reporting issues

If you encounter an event that appears fraudulent or inappropriate, please report it to us through the Contact Us page or WhatsApp support.
